Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Once your prescription has been approved and payment confirmed, your medication will be prepared for shipment.
We aim to ship all orders within three (3) business days of approval.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on public holidays. Orders placed or approved after the cut-off time on Friday will begin processing the next business day (Monday).

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of all medications.
Estimated delivery times begin once the package leaves our facility and may vary depending on destination, carrier, weather, and other external factors.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Medications are shipped only to approved regions within the United States.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise approved.
  • A valid signature may be required upon delivery, depending on carrier policies.

4. Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed and charged at checkout.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only as stated at the time of checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds
Once your medication has been shipped from our facility, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances due to regulatory and safety reasons.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong product, damaged shipment, etc.), please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery, and we will review your case on a case-by-case basis.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of the expected delivery date so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
We will work with you to determine the next steps, which may include replacement or other resolutions at our discretion.

7. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
For shipments outside the continental United States (if applicable), customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Please verify local regulations before placing an order.
